Child Care Enrollment
at Country Home Learning Center
Enrolling at Country Home is a very simple process. The very first thing you will need to do is fill out our enrollment packet. You can download the enrollment packet PDF here by clicking on the icon, and then fill it out on your computer. Then simply bring it to your nearest Country Home to complete your registration. You can also stop in at your nearest Country Home during our regular business hours to fill out the enrollment packet in person.
Your requested start date must be confirmed by the Country Home Learning Center location where your registration fee was submitted. Start dates are not guaranteed. To secure your child’s enrollment, please contact your selected location at (insert location phone number).
To make your registration process fast and easy, please complete the enrollment packet by your child’s first day of attendance!

Not quite ready to enroll yet? No problem. Our friendly staff would love to show you our state-of-the-art facility and answer any questions you may have about our accredited, age-divided programs. We have an open door policy, meaning you can stop in for a tour any time during our regular business hours. There is no need to set an appointment, just stop on by. We’d love to show you what makes Country Home an exceptional child care program.

6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday, 12 months a year
