What are your hours and holidays?

Country Home Learning Center is open from 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, year around. We are closed for the following holidays each year: New Year’s Day. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If a holiday occurs on a weekend, closure will follow the local business practice.

What do you serve for meals?

Country Home Learning Center is proud to offer nutritious, home-cooked meals. Our morning snack, hot lunch, and afternoon snack are prepared at the Center and served in each classroom. All of our meals are well balanced and planned to meet your child’s nutritional requirements. Our menus are posted monthly, and copies are available from the Director.

You are welcome and encouraged to drop by and join your child for lunch when your schedule permits. Just let us know by 10am so that we can include you in our lunch plans.

We ask that our parents encourage their children to either eat breakfast before coming to school or join us for breakfast! This gives your child the extra fuel needed for a busy morning. A breakfast program is available for a nominal fee.

Country Home Learning Center accepts children between the ages of six weeks and 13 years. Our programs include an infant program, toddler program, preschool program, 5-year old excel program, after school program, and summer camp.

Country Home provides exceptionally small classes to promote individualized care and education. Each class group is kept small in order to maximize student/teacher interaction so your child can thrive.

We know how hard it is to leave your little one. That’s why we provide individualized infant care and give all parents a detailed daily report of their child’s day.

With age-specific play areas and developmental programs, CHLC provides an exciting and safe environment for your toddler to discover the world.

Preschool Program

We are committed to providing quality, individualized, FUN education for your child as she explores science, math, art, and more!

5-Year Old Excel Program

Our accredited Excel program emphasizes hands-on learning while teaching traditional Kindergarten curriculum that challenges kids.

San Antonio and Austin Texas Afterschool Childcare Program

After School Program

This program stimulates students’ creativity, spurs their imagination, and supports what they learn at school. Transportation is provided to and from local schools.
