“I absolutely love Country Home Learning Center at Live Oak! I have 3 beautiful babies who currently attend this day care. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and facilities. Everyone from the directors to the teachers goes above and beyond to make sure my children are well cared for both physically and mentally. My husband and I have really long workdays, and I am blessed to have found a place where we don’t feel bad leaving them there as long as we do. My baby reaches out in the morning to go to Ms. Janet or Ms. Georgiann. She is always smiling when we arrive to pick her up from Ms. Raquel. Ms. Georgiann, Ms. Janet, and Ms. Raquel are my rockstars. I can tell how much they really love my baby! When we drop off the toddlers in the morning, they are always super excited to see Ms. Shams. When we go to pick them up at the end of the day, they go to the class next to them, looking for Ms. Shams again (she’s their favorite). Then have a routine of stopping to hug Ms. Brandy, Ms. Linda, Ms. Jeneva, and whoever else is behind the desk.

“My daughter and I had moved to San Antonio in September, and thankfully, my mom had already told me about Country Home and had enrolled my nephew here. I got lucky in my scramble to find a place I could take my daughter to, and that had a full-time opening.

From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was really friendly to both my daughter and me. I absolutely love it that she is here. My daughter adores her teachers and asks me every night whether she gets to see Mrs. Michelle and her friends tomorrow. Her 2-year-old teacher Ms. Erica, would always make her feel comfortable when I would drop her off by playing music from Frozen. It made me smile and happy to know that extra measures were taken to make her feel comfortable and welcomed in her class. She is always happy to go to day care and is especially excited on splash deck and dance party days.

It is amazing to see the changes I have seen in her since she started. Her vocabulary has increased, she can say her colors and numbers in both English and Spanish, and some of her numbers in Japanese! It is amazing how she talks now. The teachers also assisted with potty training, which I was struggling with; now she is potty trained, and she and I couldn’t be happier. We both love that she is here, and I can only hope to continue here when she starts school.”

“Both of my daughters go here, and I absolutely love it. The teachers are amazing, and I really appreciate the security of having only one entry and exit door. The ladies in the office are awesome, and I have seen them stop and verify people that they don’t immediately recognize several times to check ID’s and authorizations. We moved from another local day care, and I wish we had done it sooner. There are so many things for the kids to do and experience. Both of my kids now ask me to pick them up late instead of early. I absolutely will keep my kids here as long as they need child care. I love that they have so many classes for my young one, like gym, dance, Spanish, computers, etc. They absolutely have set her up to succeed in kindergarten. I could not appreciate them any more for providing me with the peace of mind of knowing my kids are so well taken care of while they are there.”

“I absolutely love Country Home Learning Center. My daughter has been here on and off for two years when needed, and honestly, I wouldn’t pick any other center to take my little one to. She’s recently been in the summer camp program, and I’ve never seen her more excited to wake up in the morning to get ready to go. She knows she is going to have a great time with friends she knows and a new activity or field trip. She always feels so welcome by everyone, from Jeneva, the director, and Brandi, the co-director, Ayla, an office assistant, to teachers all over the school; they’re all so friendly and genuinely care for the children they work with. I will be taking her out during the school year, but she will definitely be back next summer for a new adventure!”
