Life is busy, isn’t it? It doesn’t take long for open schedules to get filled with appointments, activities, playdates, and more. Sometimes, the day has passed before we know it. In the midst of managing schedules and trying to make sure that everything gets done, it can be easy to let quality time with your kids fall to the backburner. We’ll be the first to say that sometimes that’s just life. Some seasons are busier than others, and if you’re in a busy season that you just need to make it through alive, we get that.

- Run an errand together.
- Have hot chocolate at home or a local coffee shop.
Once you’ve made it through the list above, start from the top again or get creative! There’s no rules with quality time. Do a chore together, drive somewhere together…it doesn’t matter what it is, as long as you’re together. At the end of the day, your child just wants to be with you. Spending quality time with them will make them feel more special than you can imagine!
