Indulge in a fun summer treat to celebrate back-to-school time! Mason Jar Ice Cream is individually portioned and so easy to make, the kids can do it. Shake out all those wiggles before nap time and get the ice cream ready. Then party when the kids are back up and ready for a snack.

Mason Jar Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 c heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a mason jar and secure the lid. Shake until cream thickens and doubles. Should take 4-5 minutes. Test by seeing if cream coats the back of a spoon. Once done shaking, freeze until hardened (about 3 hours). Scoop out when ready and top with your favorite ice cream toppings!
