Crockpot Ritz Chicken

Make the most of an at-home meal this week by trying this delicious, kid-friendly crockpot recipe from Six Sisters! This Slow Cooker Ritz Chicken is perfect for kids of all ages, and is great for families on a tight budget. We love the ease of crockpot meals– is there anything better than coming home to the smell of dinner in the slow cooker?

Slow Cooker Ritz Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the soup and sour cream in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In another bowl mix together crackers crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Place chicken in slow cooker that has been sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray.
  4. Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Add a simple veggie as a side dish, and you’ll have a balanced meal in no time. Enjoy!
