Tortoise and Hare Play (September 8 – January 27)

Switch up family movie night by seeing a play instead! This classic play at ZACH Theatre in Austin is a must-see for any family. And at just over an hour in length, this production is the perfect length for young children.

Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch at Barton Hill Farms (September 29 – November 4)

Your kids will love spending the day at Barton Hill Farms. From pumpkin patches to corn mazes to delicious food, there’s enough fun at the farm to keep you busy all day!

This free festival includes carnival rides, bounce houses, food trucks (for purchase), and more!

Boo at the Zoo (October 5 – 27 Weekend Evenings)

Wear your best Halloween costume to the Austin zoo at night, and see a special feature of the zoo’s nocturnal animals. You can also participate in a spooky train ride and tour the zoo’s mansion. Call ahead to book your tickets before they are sold out.

Bubble Run 2018 (October 6)

This might be the most fun 5k around! This race is filled with colored, foamy bubbles to run through along the way. Register now!

Oktoberfest 2018 (October 13)

This family-friendly Oktoberfest takes place at the German Free School Building. Live music and entertainment, delicious food, and fun activities will make this a day to remember. Learn more.
